Welcome to the much-anticipated listing of recreational lake front lots on the beautiful Digdeguash Lake. These lots all have water access to the 1000+ acre lake with depths of more than 65 feet. Digdeguash is very popular for water-based recreational activities including brook trout fishing and small mouth bass fishing and is part of the provinces stocking program for landlocked salmon. 

We currently have ten lots available to construct a camp or place a trailer. Each lot fronts on the lake and includes easy access with a 0.75 kilometre access road to Highway 760. Conveniently located 4.3 km on Route 760 from Route 1 and 6.8 Km West of St. George. 

An initial bid to secure your lot includes the first year’s lease payment of $2,500.00. The annual lease for the lots is $2,500, adjusted annually for inflation. Clearing of the lots and any improvements such as driveway, gravel pads, etc. is the responsibility of the successful lease holder. The leases are yearly, if all the terms of the lease are upheld, they automatically renew for a period of nine years. At the end of the lease term, the parties may enter a new lease to extend the term.
